I just wanted to say that the Team that is representing Owasso Car-Mart are great very professional and take time and listen to what your looking for and they make it happen! Both The General Manger Josh Sanders and Co Manager Michael Massey are great guys to be honest everyone that I dealt with was pleasant. I will be doing all my business with this location and referencing anybody that needs a vehicle to this lot! Thank you Owasso Car-Mart for the outstanding service!

Car-Mart of Owasso is absolutely amazing. Josh is so helpful and makes the car buying experience less stressful. Not to mention I love my car!!!nnAs always I came back to the Owasso lot for trading in. Got into my dream car!

The customer service was great when we were there... and then we had the car 2 weeks. Within 2 weeks it was alrighty in the shop all the fuses needed changed. Now they did fix this.nnCouple weeks later my alternator went out. They did not fix.nnCouple more weeks later my starter went out. Which left us stranded out of town. They would not fix it.nnCouple more weeks the battery goes out.nnI was late on a payment because I dumped over $1,500 in a car I bought just a couple months prior. When explained why I would be late (we were 5 days late) the person said “well that’s what happens when you by a used car” literally every car I have owned has been used and I’ve NEVER have had this problem.nnNow my heat doesn’t work, the lock on my door doesn’t unlock half the time, and my back up camera doesn’t work half the time. The gas lid light comes on when the lid is tightly on.nnI have barely had this car 6 months and all of this has happened. I originally loved my car and now every time I get in it I’m waiting to see what goes wrong next.
