Listen all, I drove all the way to this Dealership from Sun City Arizona, 1178 miles if you are curious. Lets start with Severin who answered all my questions and offered great suggestions, Steve made the Finance side of it painless. Last but not least Kyle showed me around my new trailer not missing a beat. It was great to work with people that have great experience and product knowledge. Give them a call!!! Cannot recommend these folks enough. We had a bad water leak from our hot water line in the bathroom, and they fit us in for service on the same day of our call. The whole experience was exactly as you would hope: Jeff and Patty were very helpful and informative, they had all the parts necessary to fix us up, the prices were incredibly reasonable and we were in and out within 30 minutes! Thanks again!!

My propane heater stopped working while I passing through Missouri and I stopped by Route 66 RV Service Center in Claremont, OK. The customer service was excellent and Steve was wonderful to work with. Despite being booked through early December, Steve made the time to look at my Coachmen Crossfit. Despite being unfamiliar with my model, he took the time to call Coachmen and get input from them on where to find things and what to look for. Despite possibly being unable to fix my problem before I had to leave, he was willing to continue working on it even though my RV was under warranty and Route 66 RVs Service Center would not be compensated without fixing the problem. I didn't want that to happen so I asked him to stop. Steve and Route 66 RVs Service Center exceeded my expectations. If I'm ever in the area again and have problems, they will be the first place I call.
