Just talked with Laura, the lady that runs the park this afternoon. She was very helpful...
Laura was the manager at the time i lived in the park. She was extremely overbearing and rude. When i tried to sell my mobile home. She ran off every single person for over a year. Then tried to buy it out from under me at an extremly discounted price. She had a contractor all ready ligned up, to fix any thing wrong and make profit. You greedy ****ing shrew!n- usmc inf.
I have lived here for a year. It's a quiet safe park, well taken care of and the manager does an excellent job of keeping things up.
Park is completly mismanaged and owners are negletfull of who is running the park. The mgr when I moved in was a petifel on trial un known to me the Laura Sellers who is a fellon on drug chargera and son convicted petifel with many non registration charges took over. Dont move in unless you want privacey violated and children grounded by her. Owners do not take resopsablity for this horrible living enviroment...10 yr tenant alway paid on time. Outta this concentration style living enviroment. Enter at your own risk!!!!!$
