This place is awfully loud and employees could care less how they treat you. We should of known better did not read the reviews before stopping for 1 night.

My father lives at Pecan Grove and it's a nice quiet place since the new owners have taken active roles in upgrading the property. I recommend moving there if you're looking for a place to reside in a mobile home...

Pecan Grove is a small mobile home park that has been slowly upgrading since under new ownership. And the location couldn't be any better. You have many stores in walking distance: Atwood's, Mo's Convenient Store, QuikTrip, Walmart, Black Mesa Vape, Advance Auto Parts, Chic Fila, Pizza Hut, and many more. I would recommend it to someone wanting to anchor down their mobile...
