Dani went above and beyond at my move in to help me after I accidentally rented a non-climate controlled unit online. She helped get me into a climate controlled unit and pick out the correct size. She also came out one time when I thought the exit was motion-sensored (you just push buttons on a key pad instead). This was after hours too. So you can see by now why she deserves five stars and more! Also, they answer the phone and were responsive in a timely manner when I had questions.
This is a great storage place. Always clean and well kept. Staff is also great and friendly. Dani is the best and so much I applied to work there.
I walked in and was greeted by smiling faces, a big hello and a hand shake introduction. After having just left another storage place that was less than a professional experience it was a welcome change. My options were clearly explained, I was walked to my unit, walked outside to ensure my keypad code worked and given a welcome gift. Then, as if there could be more, she let me know about the moving van!nnIf you are looking for a clean, courteous and professional self storage there is no need to look any further.
The staff at Cedar Ridge do a terrific job. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, they are happy to help me and even offer me a bottle of water. They helped me I forgot my code and gave instructions to open the gate from my phone. This will really be nice this winter. The facility is well-lighted, clean, and decorated nicely. Overall, I think between the warm, friendly staff and first-rate facilities, Cedar Ridge is the best storage facility in Tulsa!
My first impression of the facility is Great! I walked into the place is very clean and organized and a nice person with a greeting smile that made me comfortable. It also have clean bathroom, complimentary coffee bar, a conference room for meetings etc., the best part Free move in Truck! I recommend this Self Storage to anyone.
