Great facility. Management and staff are always helpful, and responsive
I had to set up a storage in an emergency situation. Danny assisted me and helped me without a hitch!! She was helpful and timely and I appreciated her customer service during such a anxious time for me!
My first time renting a storage unit and this place is the best to go, they inform you well and are willing to help and answer any questions for you! Staff that I have interacted with so far are very friendly.
For over a year, I have requested that a seal be placed on a door at the north end of the storage building where our storage unit is on the very end. As a result, we have had an influx of bugs and spiders on furniture and clothing items requiring extensive cleaning of the unit-something we did not experience when the door was sealed. Now, the company is going up on monthly fees by $5 without any resolution on my request as of the date of this review.nnSite Manager is very friendly, conscientious and desires to help, but her hands are tied-waiting on the maintenance man to do the repairs. It is convenient to our location-wish this issue would be resolved, discounts for long-term clients to keep clients.
I’ve had a unit with them for 6 months. The process from start to finish has been great! I borrowed their moving truck with no issues, which was so helpful since I only had it for about two hours max. Saved me time and money! If I need another unit in the future, I will be going back.
