Normally we have a good experience with this BoA, but we scheduled a meeting at this location in person, received a confirmation email for the meeting, and then arrived and they were closed. We were not told they were closed. 3 of us took time off work and I drove in from out of state. Disappointment is an understatement.

Lousy service. People act like you are a second class citizen and too good to even cash your payroll check there and too busy. Bank of America will never have my business.

Went to this branch (11th and 169) to see if they could retrieve a closed account for me. The bank rep in the middle office said they couldn't since the account was closed. I found it odd that the 800# rep pull up my old account without any problems and he told me to go to any branch and they should be able to do so with no problem, well maybe not this branch. Felt the guy was lying through his teeth since banks supposed to keep closed bank accounts up to 5 years, so I drove to the branch on Admiral and asked the same question, and the gentlemen politely told me it was no problem, pulled up the account for me. Didn't remember the exact dates and told him I'll discuss it with my wife and come back tomorrow. Just want to thank the gentalman at the Admiral branch for their support, understanding, professionalism, being courteous, and patience (4:40pm) with me.

Only have one teller with a line of people. I didnt want to pay their 8.00 fee because I recieved a check from a customer that banks there. Sent me to the banker he was rude and did not want to verify funds because I didn't spend 8 bucks. Other banks verify on phone called 3 of their banks they make you come in for an appointmebmnt just to verfy.

TERRIBLE! This past Saturday, I opted to go to this location instead of the one I normally use, and that was a HUGE mistake! I waited 20 min in line, which is outrageously ridiculous! Employees included: 1 hostess, 1 service rep (at a desk helping w/additional services), 1 lady helping someone with mobile checking on her cell phone (I assumed she was the manager), and ONLY 1 TELLER who had a steady flow of 10 customers. Customers asked if another teller window would be opened, but nothing. The manager should have recognized an immediate need to open a teller window to accommodate the influx of customers. The power of cross training was essential, but was an epic fail!
