I had great experience with an auto loan but when it came time for a mortgage, it was a completely different experience. I fought for 7 months to get a prequalification letter even though I was told multiple times “you’re approved”. The agent was VERY difficult to reach via phone and email. I still have yet to receive a response to the last email I sent 3 weeks ago.
I just want to say thank you to Nanette for taking time to listen. She is the sweetest. An amazing asset to the bank.
Awesome Bank, they operate like the same as the old days, when you could talk to them and they listen. The staff is very helpful and always there to help you. I highly recommend them for all your banking needs.
With very helpful staff, and a small town feel, this is a great bank. I was even greeted when I entered the door.
