I'm from Texas the bank hours and service is wonderful. Bank at Claremore has good service but is very slow. They have plenty employees on desks but not much tellers. Sometimes tellers seem not to know what they are doing. Manager pay more attention to time.
Everytime I go into the claremore branch there is not one teller designated for drive thru and one for walk in. There are 2 for walkin and drive thru is secondary. And Gray, the male who answered the phone simply had excuses and couldn't get off his tail to come to drive thru.....where there are 7 other cars besides me and I've been here for 17 minutes now. Ridiculous! And JD Power just joined in.....thats a tragedy waiting to happen
Good people but slow service.
