SLOOOOOOOOOW! Always slow no matter when I come. Even if I’m the only one there. However, to be fair, that’s the same for most the RCB banks I go to in the area.
The girls that work the front desk are VERY kind and helpful. Drive Thru is an absolute nightmare. The service is slow and always takes at least 20 minutes for a simple transaction.
Friendly staff and quick service
All the tellers want to do is talk amongst themselves and to their relatives that come in and clog up the line and management does not care! Good ole boy banking system there for sure, too many other banks with great customer service in Claremore to go to than this joke bank!
