Sarah has done my taxes for years. I have always had great service. They are always friendly and respectful.

Sarah had my taxes for 3 months and would not return my calls, text, or facebook messages. The few times I did talk to her she lied to me about what was going on. I was told she filed an extension when they weren't done by July 15th. I was finally able to get my taxes on Sept. 29th 2020 and I paid them the next day. On November 20, 2020 I received a bill from the IRS for a penalty for late pay. I tried to call her but of course she didn't answer. I called the IRS and they told me no extension was filed and even if it had I was going to owe I should of paid estimated tax. She also charged 100. more than she quoted to do them. She is not trustworthy and I would not recommend her to anyone.
