Called upfront. Asked if they take the order over the phone, the answer was yes. Placed the order, arrived to pick up. Surprisingly, the lady told sorry I forget. Really!!! I ended up using different paint store.

Employees are friendly and know their products. They are always very helpful when I ask for advice on a painting project. Tiffany was extremely helpful on my last painting project which was a very difficult undertaking. She had a solution that saved me a ton of work.
