Pop-A-Lock

Drove my sons 4wheel drive because of the snow. Normally, I leave the car keys in my pocket and never even worry about them. But this vehicle is older and I completely spaced when I got out and pushed the lock button with the keys still in it. Pop a lock helped me out for a fair price and it only took him about 30 seconds to open it. Would recommend this business to others.

Put in a roadside assistance claim, and was told to expect them at a certain time. After an hour past their ETA, I called them wondering when they would be there. Was told I was next on the queue after their technician finished a job nearby. After another hour, they still had not shown up. Definitely will not be using them again, and if my insurance provider contacts them for roadside I will tell them to find a different company.

Excellent and fast service. I had auto start installed the day prior and after putting my pet in the passenger side my doors relooked with the key inside. The tech arrived quickly and got right to it. In less than a minute he had it unlocked. He required no payment because their policy is that if a pet or child is inside it’s free. Would recommend and reuse them without hesitation. My tech (Marcus) was professional, courteous, and quick. Very happy with this company.

Pop-A-lock is always on time and professional. Usually they're employees are also personable, though not today when I used them to give me a jump. I won't hold it against them though ud83dude09 They've got my recommendation.
