Great gym. Very reasonable rate. Great selection of machines and equipment and the place is CLEAN. I've been to plenty of gyms even though you couldn't tell by looking at me. These guys set the standard for a clean well managed gym.
Dont even bother. Unless you wait until the middle of the night this place is always crowded full. Ridiculous.
this is the Cleanist polite run work out facility that I have worked out in. I have now completed 48 yrs of heavy lifting in just about every gym in Tulsa, by far #1
It was a good time i enjoyed myself
