I worked with Steven and got approved without even having to go in. The process was easy, quick and not based on credit score. Steven was able to send me pictures of all the cars I was approved for so once I got to the car lot, I already had an idea of which car I was interested in. The down payments are low and biweekly payments are the cheapest I've found. My credit is TERRIBLE but they were able to work with me to find a good car at an affordable price. The customer service was great too. Steven even came into work early so he could meet me after I got off work in the morning. Definitely would recommend Nelson Car Country!
