Penny's has quickly become a must for anyone traveling on Hwy 75 needing a homemade lunch or dinner. DO NOT leave without taking a lookthe large choice of freshly made desserts or cookies! Stop by, you will not be disappointed. Saturday breakfast is a slam dunk as well.
We enjoyed the fresh salad...cranberry, pecan, grilled chicken with a most delightful light vinaigrette...price was great. Very definitely open for business...curb side at their curb, take out orders and sit inside dining...really was great all the way around...✌❤ud83dude42
I work in Beggs and my first few times we good at Penny’s. I always call my order in advance as I only get a 30 minute lunch. Last time I was there. My food was running late and I asked a waitress to process my payment so I could leave as soon as I got my food since I was in a rush. Instead of telling me she couldn’t process payment, I was rudely told “she’s getting your food now.” I repeated my question 5 times getting the same answer, each time less patiently and getting more and more rude. I told the waitress I didn’t appreciate her attitude and was immediately told she didn’t have one. When the manager came out, I informed her of the situation and told her I wouldn’t be back if that’s the type of service I receive. I didn’t receive an apology or anything. It’s like my complaint was completely ignored. I will never go back to pennys and can’t recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was TERRIBlE.
We love the food here. The chicken fry is delicious and the desserts are all scrumptious. We eat here anytime we are close by.
Food always amazing along with outstanding staff and nice at home feel. Highly recommend
