1. Their Papa Track actually works.š³
- I used to order from 3500 s 3060 w. Itās much closer to my house but their service sucks so I moved to this location. I used to just buffer their 14-24 minute wait with another 15-20 minutes... but even my buffer didnāt help. This locations papa track actually updates and tells me where my order status is at so I can plan accordingly. Super thankful for this.
2. My pizza is what I ordered.
- when you customize your pizza with ānormal/extraā toppings, my last location could never complete this task. This location nails it. ššš½
3. Customer Service.
- I walk in and the staff is already ready with their āwelcomeā greeting and are so friendly.
Switching locations is the best thing I couldāve done. I donāt mind the extra mile drive. My time, money and gas is worth the transaction. My kids āweekend take out choiceā always leads me to papa johns. Iām glad Iāve found a great location to take care of my family.
When JP the delivery driver called me, cause he couldnāt find my house, I explained the situation, and he made his way to my home, and was here within one or two minutes. JP, was amazing at our delivery and made sure to make myself and family feel comfortable. Amazing work JP!
The food was tasty. I think I might become a regular. This place has a nice feel to it. This place has good reviews for a reason.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Horrible service. We placed an order for delivery at 6:45pm. At 7:15pm no delivery, no notification so we called and they flat out said it will be two hours. The mananger did not seem to care or show sympathy. We had bad service years ago and quit going there and thought we would try again today but the same bad service.
This is my usual go-to Papa John's location, and they usually do a good job. This Friday night, they did an Outstanding job, and it made my day. Great customer service with a smile at this store!
