They remembered the extra sauce that usually gets forgotten so that was awesome. Food tasted good. Only issue I had was the driver did not follow the delivery directions that I stated on my order. I live in a basement apartment so I asked to have the driver call when they go to my house and not knock on the front door since that is not my part of the house. Luckily I was watching and caught him as he was almost to the front door.
Have the order delivered in 30 - 45 minutes like the website states, not 2 hours later. Have the order reasonably warm and fresh not cold and soggy. Also, have the whole order upon delivery. These will be a great improvement
I forgot how amazing their Pizza is. Extremely fresh and yummy.
Our pizza was awful. The crust was over cooked and burnt. The box was smashed. The wings had no flavour or sauce on them. Usually pizza hut is good. But the one in west valley is horrible.
The building was hard to find, the pizza was cool and I told them specifically when I would pick it up and the pulled it out of the warmer and it was luke warm. I was there 5 min after the requested time. The wings I ordered were short and cold. the staff were hard to communicate with. when asked for a plastic bag to carry the wings plates and napkins they brought me out a small plastic bag that I had too struggle putting the accessories into the bag because of the plex glass in the way and the employee watched without helping.
