They need to have drop off box. Plus need to send in the mail that your water will be shut off if not paid. Just like everyone else does. Also doesn't need to be a $100 reactivate fee that's too much. Just for someone to come all the way out to where I live just to get water turned back on. >:(

Very nice customer service from the ladies up front can't ask for better personality. As far as paying a bill they do not accept cash or personal checks. There is no drop box. There is also no way to pay a bill over the phone or online. Way behind in time in my opinion. Cashiers checks or money orders are the only way payment is accepted in oder to pay a past due amount before water is cut off. All monthly payments are directed to a drop box out of Tulsa due to robbery in past history.
