Other reviewers have complained that it’s hard to get ahold of drake storage or pay their bill. However; my experience has been the opposite! They have always answered their phone for us or returned our phone call later. Also, I find it very easy to pay my bill each month. They have great rates and very nice people as well.

This is a large storage facility on the edge of Norman/Moore. They have every kind of storage you could imagine. They have anything from small climate controlled and not CC storage rooms up to huge enclosed, covered, or outdoor RV, Boat, Trailer storage. Whatever your storage needs, Drake has it. Great Rates, and great people too.

We have had multiple storage units with them for over a year now and although they are friendly, and their prices are great I cannot give a 5 star rating. Almost every month my husband and I both struggle to get in touch with someone at this location so that we may pay our bill. They have tried to add fees before because we've been late on our payments, even though we call multiple times throughout the month and leave multiple messages with no returned phone calls. Their phones are a nightmare. On occasion, we call and someone answers right away! It's so very strange... I wish they would figure this out.

If we could get ahold of someone so we could discuss potentially doing business with them, this review would be more meaningful. As it is, we stopped by there at 4:30 on a Wednesday- door was locked, open sign was off. Internet says they’re open until 6:00 PM. Called their number and got voicemail. Left a message - no returned call. Is this how they do business? Another reviewer also stated they are very difficult to get ahold of. Why open a business if you’re not interested in running it?
