This is not a good place to do business with any longer. As another customer review noted, I do not trust them any longer either. Previously the office manager was courteous and helpful, but no longer. You had a good feeling about the business. However now, one receives very bad customer service and you are mistreated by management, it’s quite shocking actually. First bad review I’ve ever given, but it is well deserved here. I am giving the lowest rating possible.

Previously, I was very happy and confident is this company. But after more than 13 years with a unit here, the new female on site was overly rude and disrespectful which caused me to move out because I no longer trust this storage facility under the current management. I made numerous telephone calls (9+ calls in a row)answered with immediate hang ups. I can only assume the person on site didn't want to be bothered as it was close to closing time. I do not recommend renting here at this time.
I had a zero turn mower and trailer stolen from this facility. Signage on the property states that security cameras are used. The management was unable to provide a single image to law enforcement to help recover my property. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this storage facility to another person.
Cambridge Mini-Storage is always clean and very secure. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Prices are very competitive and are lower than other nearby facilities. Believe me, we checked. We would definitely recommend using them.
