I unloaded two days early, and for two days I've tried to return the truck. No one was there and it was closed it seemed like. Two trips. On the third day I parked the truck where it was supposed to be. And walk 300 yards to the lock box. Very unsecured. I understand things are uncertain during of the Corona. But it would be nice with more literature or information on how to do this.
Not very big truck friendly. Access getting in is a nightmare and getting out in a big moving truck is worse.
affordable, safe, but really dirty
Charisse went above and beyond helping me get my storage unit and making it a easy and understandable process due to this being my first time. She was very professional! I will most definitely use them again in the future and recommend them as well!
I've been a customer with American Self Storage for almost two years and my experience has been great. No hassles, the application process was too easy. I've never had any problems with the storage unit or management. The manager has always been helpful and kind. While the facility is a little older, the actual unit is clean and has enough room for what I need. Monthly cost is affordable. The only drawback is the tight driving space between the rows of units. I've been very fortunate to make my trips there when there was no one else on the same row of units. The location is very convenient for me.
