I wish I didn't have to even give them a Starr. I am a single mom with four boys I do not receive child support from my boys father. And I have recently lost my job. I have called and even went to the office and for some reason unknown to me they will not help me with any of my bills. I'm not sure what the problem is. I will say they did help with food once.

Applied for weatherization. Someone inspected my house told me I would get results by Friday, I have called, I have emailed, I have talked to and been promised by administration that someone would help get to bottom of situation. Even told by manager of weatherization he would personally be here next day! I waited, he didn't show!!nnDon't even know if the inspector worked for them... made me very uncomfortable.nnThey gave me hope for assistance and the run around that has been very disturbing.nnHope they don't do this to other people!!!!!!!!!!nnGoing on 2 years
