I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Jimmy John's period from the management to the stores though she its they always take great care of us comment they provide speedy fast service. I always appreciate their wonderful customer service and professionalism. They are always really sweet whether it's over the phone or in person. Thank you Jimmy John's of West Valley City!
THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE UPBEAT AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF IS ONLY SECOND TO THE AWESOME SANDWICHES THAT ARE PERFECTLY SIMPLE AND DELISH......MMMM ONLY 2 HOURS TILL I CAN SATISFY THIS CRAVING!!!!
This location is a hit and miss if you get good service. Before covid it was a good place, people were nice and we never had a problem. However the last 2 times we have ordered, we have had issues. The first time I called and talked to the manager. He refunded my money, I thought that the issues would have been dealt with. Well I was sadly wrong. I have to have an unwich due to allergies. I get home and open up my unwich, I was sad to see that I again I had meat and toppings, and the lettuce was not around all of it. Plus we ordered and paid for avocado on two sandwiches, it was not on either of them. Filled out the survey, even said I wanted to be contacted to get things resolved. 2 weeks later I haven't had a call or email. Makes me sad, things have gone down hill so much.
A small amount of meat, tons of lettuce, and two over-ripe tomato slices. On excellent multi- grain bread. Not much for a big john?? Could have been improved with condiments, pickle on the bun, and some cheese please !
Ih had no problem with the service or anything like that. The sandwich just wasn't that good.
