I absolutely love Red Effect! The instructors are very knowledgeable and motivating! At Red Effect there is zero pressure or intimidation like most people feel at a regular gym. What you are paying for is an investment in yourself that with the help of Jana and her Staff I guarantee will change your life! With so many different options from instructor led Kickboxing, Yoga, Group Workout classes, Infrared Sauna with the latest technology available through Chromotherapy lighting Red Effect is the best option when you are ready to become a part of a group of professionals that want to help you live your Fit Life! Do yourself a favor and try a free class. With so many different class times available everyday anyone will be able to fit a class into even the busiest of schedule you may have!

The workout is the best. You leave very energized and ready to hit the day. Very friendly staff and workout community. One of my favorite spots in Norman.

Absolutely LOVE this gym! The staff and instructors are so warm and welcoming. You feel right at place here and know that you’re getting an excellent workout in. There’s multiple options and private infrared saunas so you’re not sitting with random people! Amazing place and great workouts.

Overall bad experience. I liked the classes that I went to but the hours were very hard to make between working and commuting. The variety of classes is very lacking. There’s really only 4 types of classes you can take making it very repetitive. Also, cancellation policy is very wierd considering it is an expensive gym. Be sure to get a copy of your cancellation paperwork or you will continue to be charged if they loose it (this happened to me with no refund offered).nnHotworx is a cheaper alternative and they are open for 24 hour access. On top of that it is more private and you have the sauna to yourself! Hope this helps!
