DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! LIARS JUST TO GET YOU IN THE STORAGE, TO ONLY CHANGE THE CONTRACT WHEN THEY WANT. The property manager Kristina is very rude and she does not help or try to help her loyal customers who are needing help doing a pandemic. I paid my storage faithfully for 8 months straight since I moved to TEXAS when the pandemic started. They told me if I ever needed help to reach out to them and they would HELP not put a LOCK on my storage when I only owe $20. DO NOT rent here if you're smart because they change policy all the time and you're not aware of it until you're in that situation and then they're rude about it. RUN! RUN RUN!nI’m only in town for 2 days with my infant child, to get our winter stuff!nn***Storage location right near DEL TACO off NWnnUPDATE: 20 minutes after posting this review. The same property manager KRISTINA or CRISTINA called me back to only tell me that they were now going to TERMINATE my agreement with them and I needed to get everything out the unit in 5 days.. WOW! I will be contacting a lawyer to see about my rights and go above and beyond to speak with whoever hired her because he customer service skills suck for a human, so no worries! Just one more issue with them DURING A PANDEMIC. Again, you NEVER know when you will fall on hard times and if you do, YOU DONT WANT TO LEASE FROM THIS LOCATION.
The best prices in North West Oklahoma City. They have great specials and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this place.
Not as automated as other storage units but a much better price.
They raise the rent all the time saying that it's in the contract that they can. They also get robbed all the time and don't have good enough cameras to catch the criminals. If u want a safe place for your things, this is not the place.
all of my things got stolen. laptop, wii u, controller and games, all movies, shoes and clothes. jewelry as well. DONT RENT HERE. no security. it’s a joke. 0 stars
