Stay away from this place they are anything but reliable, safe and secure!!! I have never given a negative review and unfortunately this is my first. They switched management in July and it all went downhill from there. Our trailer was stolen from here and the front person is so untrained yet she is behind the desk. All I got was a whole lot of “I don’t knows” and “we are having trouble with the keypad”. BEWARE after my trailer was stolen from this property I was made aware that gate can be forcefully opened. Anyone can just open it. No cameras, they don’t offer insurance.
Get ready to jump through hoops when you leave the storeage. They will keep charging your card even when you are no longer in the unit.
Vanessa was polite, courteous and took care of me and my families needs!!! Highly recommend this storage facility. Great experience!!!
Love this place!! The management is super helpful, the apartments are beautiful, and the community is wonderful. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!!
