This is one of the BEST storage places I have ever used. They are kind and caring about people and there possessions. I would recommend to anyone.
My stay was short but I was totally satisfied with the condition my stuff was in when I returned to my climate-controlled locker after three months away.nnLeasing the space online was 1-2-3. Human follow-up via Tina was prompt. Auto-billing for credit cards. Easy access, and close to the highway. No problem.nnIf you've got books, papers, fine furnishings, or art that really shouldn't be stored in conditions less than full climate control this is a great, reasonably-priced option.
I was referred to your storage by my sister-in-law and I’m so glad I gave you a try. Your online reservation process was simple and you guys don’t charge any ridiculous “registration fee” or anything like that. On top of having great deals I only paid my storage rental fees to start out. The woman who helped me was kind enough to reserve me a unit near the end of the hallway with the easiest possible access to load and unload and said if I needed another unit next to mine to simply move into it and let her know to bill me for it. By far the easiest and best experience I’ve had at a self storage and to top it all off, it’s only a few miles from my home.
We were extremely pleased with not only the price but the service, as well. Our emails were answered promptly and Tina was very helpful in assisting us determine the proper unit to rent. We also appreciate the security measures they take to protect our belongings. We highly recommend Guardian Storage.
Rented a unit for a year. Rent went up. Moved to a smaller unit to keep the date down. Less than a year later they are increasing my rent in that unit by 10%. I checked other storage rates and they are cheaper. I am moving my stuff.nAlso, the letter they sent gave me the facility managers phone number, but the facility manager has no authority.
