Sarah was amazing in explaining the system and timeline of payment. I rented at the months end, thereby throwing the pay period off. Fees were assessed and with no prior communication these were unexplained. She did the utmost to rectify the situation and made me feel comfortable with considering Public Storage again in case of future need for storage. Thanks for your communication and efforts!
The manager Joyce was super helpful and considerate! I was able to inspect the exact storage I was renting and she was able to answer for all questions and concerns I had. I was a chaotic mess from a frazzled morning but she was mind-easing & happy to help! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
