Called many times, wasn't able to talk to anyone... I'm a current customer, prices are high and they have raised them 2x recently, overall the property is clean enough though... Never mind change that, parked near this unit today. Bars are bent and this place needs some help

Pat is the kindest and most genuine person we have had the pleasure of dealing with here. While others at this location have treated my husband and I as a production rate, it was amazing (and refreshing) to be treated like a person. If you go to this location, I would strongly recommend inquiring if/when Pat works and visiting him specifically. Excellent and friendly service from this gentleman!nnAs an aside, my husband legitimately hates dealing with most customer service people because he will read a contract and end up knowing more about it than the person working there. He walked in ready to brawl (not literally) and ended up laughing and calm due to Pat. Seriously. Can not recommend this guy enough.

Well, I get to the storage facility with a loaded vehicle. I was not aware that you should wait at least 48 hours for corporate to approve your insurance or you’ll have to pay for insurance. I had to pay for the prorated insurance for May and eve though June was technically free...I still got charged the insurance portion. Paid $17 for insurance when I AM INSURED. They would t work with me. We get the unit and on day 1 a piece of Sheetrock falls on my husband! Literally fell on my top of my husband as he was closing the gate. I called and left a VM for management and didn’t hear back from them until someone made their way to the unit and called me when they saw the mess. I asked about refunding the insurance when management called and they said the insurance was approved but they couldn’t refund my money just add a credit! I swear.

Quiet location, they don't hover over you and someone staying on property which eases the mind

Unit was cleaned and free of cobwebs. Pat showed the unit and filled out the paperwork and he couldn't have been more helpful. 10 dollar mandatory insurance was a surprise, but otherwise I would recommend this place to anyone in need of some extra space.
