Ryan made this car buying experience easy. I wasn’t put into a continuous loop like I was with dealerships. I highly recommend.
Getting a car was easy, but I feel like the process could be handled better if they didn’t have some employees just sitting around while there where customers he could have been helping get out faster. One employee was helping 2 people making my total time just trying to get a car 2 1/2 hours when i was told it was gonna be a shorter time frame. Another problem I had was when you call and have any questions about the car you got, one in particular is rude and impatient, you won’t actually get any answers.
I went and Ryan helped me out was very nice and answered all my questions. This is my first time buying a new car and it was a great experience I was never pressured to buy something I didn't want and they worked with me. I would definitely recommend this place they were so polite.
They just repossessed my roommates truck that he pays extra on every month. Because they don't know how to do paperwork. It got repossessed because the previous owner wasn't paying on it anymore crazy right. Glad I decided not to get a vehicle from them when I was looking for one. No one there will answer the phone calls either. Good job guys.
