This was my first time buying a car and I'm so glad that it was from Nelson Mazda. Nancy Perez was my sales person and she made the process very easy and honestly very fun and exciting. She was able to answer all of my questions and did a very good job of walking me through all of the paperwork without making it too long of a process. When I first looked at the car I ended up purchasing, the tint on the front window was very scratched up and made it kind of hard to see. Nancy gladly looked into it and they ended up replacing the entire windshield for me. Needless to say, I love my new vehicle and I'm very happy that I was able to purchase my first car from somewhere like Nelson Mazda. They made the process easy and exciting as well as very quick. I also highly recommend Nancy, she was very sweet and extremely helpful throughout the entire process, I would gladly send any of my friends her way.

Bought a new Mazda3 from Nancy and she was great to work with. She's very personable, explained everything well, and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. The dealership itself is new and clean. They had plenty of cars on the lot to look at. Pricing was fair. I would do business with Nelson again.

For a car buying experience, Kendra was amazing. I’ve loved my car. Service is another story- had HUGE problems at 40k miles which was luckily covered under the extended warranty I purchased but it has been months of being in the shop and the experience lacks of any caring. I’ll take it to Bob Moore next time after dealing with Jeremy. Ya know that typical dealership guy you avoid- that’s him. Hopefully your engine doesn’t need rebuilt like mine did at 44k.

My husband and I came to buy a used car from Nelson Mazda that we saw online. The car of our choice was not a Mazda but it was just the car we wanted. It was easy, it forced at all and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Our salesman Paul we both agree is one of the best salesman either of us have ever had. He was not over powering, he was very kind, he explained everything well and he was just a great person to work with. We definitely recommend Nelson Mazda for your car purchase!
