Neighborhood JAM

This was our first time eating at Neighborhood Jam and it was fantastic! The atmosphere is welcoming, laid back but sophisticated, and the booths are huge. Our service was exceptional. The food is incredible. The hash browns are the perfect mix of crispy and soft and the seasoning was mouthwatering. The monkey bread was gone in just a few minutes! The bacon is cooked perfectly, and the scrambled eggs are the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. There was four of us, out to celebrate a birthday and it was the perfect place to do so. The prices are very reasonable and the servings are large. We even had leftovers to take home. We will definitely be returning!!

My wife has a gluten allergy and she was so excited to eat at Neighborhood Jam. We had talked about it for weeks before finally calling early on a Saturday morning to make a 11:00 reservation that same day. We ended up arriving a little early, and hoped we could possibly be seated earlier than our reservation. Wishful thinking..... Not only was our table not ready at the time of our reservation, we proceeded to wait over an hour and still weren't sat, and when we asked to see what was going on, we were told we still had people in front of us. I'm not sure how people can be in front of you when you have a reservation, but whatever, we ended up leaving and will not be back. What is the point in making a reservation, if you can't even be seated within a reasonable amount of time and have to wait over an hour after the reservation, and still aren't seated? Funniest part was there was a dirty table right in front of the hostess stand, and it wasn't cleaned for most of the time we waited. The table could have been sat and close to finished eating by the time they actually cleaned it. What a terrible experience that put a damper on our weekend, especially since we were excited to eat there and had been looking forward to a nice Saturday brunch. We ended up wasting hours of our weekend, and instead of leaving full and satisfied, ready to enjoy the rest of the weekend, we left hungry and upset. We definitely will not be wasting anymore of our time trying to eat at this place, and we will make sure to tell our friends and family, so they don't make the same mistake we did.

The fried chicken biscuit with peach jalapeño jam, bacon and an egg was outstanding and not spicy. The hash browns are the traditional shredded potatoes grilled into a square patty and were very good also. My spouse had eggs Benedict and daughter had pineapple pancakes (sounds gross but they pulled it off!). I highly recommend this fun breakfast place!

Delicious! All the plates looked small but were filling. Delicious jam and apple butter w biscuits and fun drink menu! Our waiter David was super helpful and patient. Gave us great recommendations. Will be back !!

I tried this for the first time after reading a news article about the restaurant. The service was good (phone tone needs help, but in person service was delightful). The food was delicious! There was very little wait time even though they were quite busy, and the prices are fair. Thumbs up!
