When I started banking with Arvest 18 years ago they were great but over the years their service has continued to deteriorate to the point where I was considering finding a new bank. Now they are closing not only the lobby (which is understandable considering covid-19) but they are closing the drive through at 4p.m. on fridays. What kind of bank is completely closed after 5p.m. on a Friday? Totally useless!

I have had good service at the Lindsey branch. The parking could be upgraded but the people make up for that. It would be nice if you guys posted your actual holiday hours like for today the Fourth of July.

I went to draw some funds from the ATM and it declined the transaction and retained my card for no reason, I know my information like the back of my hand so I know I did everything right! And when I asked one of ladies what I should do she told me I could go down to the other officer and get a new card ordered, my card is not through arvest and my bank is over 3 hours away, so now I'm stuck waiting for my card not able to pay for things without having my parent's wiring me money...

I had my vehicle financed through a different financial institution with an interest rate of almost 20%! And after a year I decided to take my loan to Arvest. Scott was amazing and filled out the paperwork for me and got me approved for a WAY lower rate. I have had my loan with Arvest for 8 months now and I am so glad I decided to bring it to Arvest. This branch is great and the employees are always so friendly! Thanks Arvest for literally saving me thousands in finance fees and being a great bank!
