It was actually pretty cute...I definitely want to go again on a year with COVID...it looked like they usually have more activities that weren't available. Included in the cover you get a custom ornaments with your name warm fresh baked cookie and milk, kids color, maze, pet the reindeer, story time w Mrs close a picture with Santa, send Santa a letter and various photo areas. Definitely caters more towards younger children.

This is our 4th year to come and we were glad that they were able to open up due to Covid this year. I knew some usual things wouldn't be available and I think they did a great job for still having a lot of their normal activities even if modified. Mrs. Claus and her cookies are my favorite part so I was happy they were able to have that still. Also I liked that the plexiglass in front of Santa was undetectable in the photo.nnMy only complaint this year is the reservation system was not like I expected. We reserved an 11 am time slot for Saturday and arrived at 11 sharp. However, there was already a line wrapped around the building to get inside and there was zero social distancing. We sat outside in the freezing cold for a long time, and once inside it was still quite a bit just to the ticket counter with everyone huddling up close and no space. By the time we got to the first station we had been there for 40 minutes. We waited probably another 15-20 minutes for the custom ornament (which was a nice touch that I hadn't seen before) but it was crazy to me just how busy it was when we were under the impression there were limited spots. I have never seen it that busy and we come on a Saturday morning every year. While the masks were supposed to be worn I noticed a couple of people who weren't wearing one and it wasn't being enforced. I think maybe if they had spread out the reservation system a bit, maybe in 20 minute increments that may have helped the crowds because when we left there wasn't a line at all so it seemed odd to sell so many tickets all at the same time.nnOverall we had a good time and we'll be back next year!

We have been coming here for a few years now and have always enjoyed it. However, this year we have a new baby and had to pay full price for her. She is 9 months old and the lady at the register told me only 7 months and under are free. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous. She sat in her stroller the entire time. And why 7 months and under? Makes no sense. I've never been anywhere in my life that made you pay for a baby. If it weren't for my other kids we would have left. This will be our last year attending.

Wonderful time! We had 5 year old girl and 2 year old boy! They enjoyed the heck out of it! Elves were great. So worth it! Superb photo opportunities.
