Went to get some money out of the atm the screen said take your receipt no money was dispensed but my bank account says it was ive been calling the customer service number but no one answers

I highly recommend not using this company. They charge $2.50 per transaction which is ridiculously expensive according to me and my customers. I had their machine less than 30 days. They came and picked up the machine because it was not doing 5 transactions per day. They drilled holes on my floor and left it that way. Their contract does not specify anything about the minimum number of transaction and I was not told that either. Please do not use this company.
