Rude office workers and kept getting the run around on a question i had as to why I was denied for application. They entered my wrong info and still would not correct it..been going to h n r block for years but after that experience I will be taking my tax preparation elsewhere and dont bother trying to change my mind!

I liked my tax professional a lot. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The only downside was the high price tag for the same return I felt I could've got on my own using the website. However, it still felt worth it because of the advice given on how to get a better refund next year.
