The CSR line is AWFUL. This company has been so terrible with their customer service, the way they’ve acted during this pandemic & their overall attitude this whole year that honestly the next time I move if I don’t have another option for an electric company I will literally NOT MOVE THERE. That’s how horrible they’ve been.nnTheir linemen are amazing & are hardworking but it’s their CSR towards their customers that has me making sure I’ll never use this company ever again & I’ll let everyone I know not to use them.

Gotta give applause to all but especially the linemen for all they go through for all of us♡

AS ALWAYS if there is a problem they promptly resolve it!

Want to thank Cimarron and the service guy who came out quickly last night when a fuse on the transformer was blown. We were the only house without power and from the time I called to the power being fixed was less than 2 hours. At past 10pm, that was a quick response. Thanks Cimarron.

The best service and friendly...their service response is incredible.
