Mini storage with enough room between the buildings to get a truck & trailer in there.

Had a storage unit here for a couple years and as of recent our storage unit was broken into and several things were stolen. After we contacted them the following morning about what had happened, there was no empathy given. Almost as if this happens all the time. They wouldn't even pro rate this months bill, since we paid it 3 days ago.. So we're stuck with a full months bill with nothing in the storage unit.nnA lot of issues other than that along the way would be mice eating our items as well as feces all through the unit. Spider nests inside our totes and boxes.nnIt's very evident they don't care about your items or what has happened to them. We paid, so good for them. Never will I recommend going here, please try a different storage. Anybody can walk up to any of these units at all times of the day and night. No cameras, no walk throughs..you're on your own.

We pay 60.00 a month for a unit. 2 years of having been a customer we got hit. Our unit lock was changed, but it wasn't the owner it was a thief. We got permission from APD to bust the lock with proof that our bill was up to date. We open the unit and many items were stolen. I contact the business and there was no remorse for our loss. I wasn't even eligible for pro rate amount that I paid for after closing my account with them because I signed up for auto bill pay. I don't recommend it, there was also mice droppings and spiders and spider eggs all over our items the first month of having it. If only there were inside storage buildings but we were stuck with this one. Not satisfied at all
