I've been with red river federal credit union for 9 yrs it's been good to me. It's $5 to open an account,and you can get money orders for no, charge if you have an acct. I live in Tulsa don't wanna leave Red river they are really good.
Just opened a new account with RRFCU, Justine Prater was AWESOME. Her customer service was great at all times. I had to call for a little help with my mobile app account (my fat fingers) she was very patient with me and did everything she could to assist me, even waited until I got all set up. AWESOME Thank you so much.
I'm disappointed. I'm new to the area and was looking forward to banking with a great credit union. However, banking hours are horrible as I work Monday thru Friday. No weekend hours. And worst of all I cannot make deposits at the ATM. I tried the mobile banking and for some reason it does not post to my account. When I checked my balance at the ATM they charged me. Sorry Red River I need reliable access to my money without all the fees.
The drive thru is REALLY slow. The girls working it don't have very much customer service as they don't say hello to you once you pull up. I've worked in many banks & I don't think I've ever been through a slower drive thru than this one.
The people that work there really care about their members.
