I rented unit B-8 (10 by 30ft) from October 2018 to May 2019 and the roof leaked the entire time dispite the owner's and roofer's attempts to patch it up. I'm pretty sure the previous tenant had the same issues. I reminded the owner about the issue monthly. Other than that John was very responsive and polite. John offered to make things right by reducing my last month's bill by 20 bucks... it was a nice gesture but looking back I would have rented somewhere else.
