Spoke on the phone with Dana about a ticket I received on the turnpike for failure to pay toll, while having an active pike pass. Dana was very rude and acted as if me calling was a huge problem. You would think someone who answers the phone for the county da would have a little more respect and professionalism. 10/10 would not recommend

Whoever the lady was who answered the phone was not very polite, very disrespectful, and sounded as if it was a bother to help me. First time around I thought she was just having a bad day but had the same experience the second time so I most definitely will try another route when I call the next time.
