Bradley Kerrigan was Fantastic!! He answered all my questions fast, sent video of the car I wanted since I was unable to go to the dealership. The communication at the entire dealership was great, and there was no pressure from anyone! Thanks to Marla in finance as well! The vehicle was delivered to me in TX, and the delivery persons were fantastic too! recommend 100%.
Service department is great. They drove me down to Sherman TX to the nearest car rental location. And 2 days later they where willing to pick me up in Sherman TX after dropping the rental off.
Drove 3.5 hours to dealership to purchase used, accident free, vehicle to buy. Found damage to right front bumper, obvious damage. No one knew how or when, but, it musta happened over the weekend. Looked at photos in ad and can see damage if look real close.nStarted with one gentleman, then passed to another and then another. Couldn't come down on their price. Left. Dealership called bout 10 minutes after we left, gonna come down 500. Already gone. Bought at another dealership 3 hr away that worked with us on price and car was damage free, detailed and like new condition.
Amazing service! Our salesman Brad was lights out on our purchase. He took the time to FaceTime us multiple times about the vehicle and all through the process of getting some things fixed. The finance manager Marla was very helpful and made the purchase a breeze. We had the car delivered a state away and never even had to go to the dealership. Would highly recommend this business and the whole sales and finance team! Thank you all for make the car buying experience so easy!
We had a very good experience. Sabrina was the sales person that helped us. She is very sweet and patient not pushy or trying to rush us into something. All in all when it comes time for me to buy a new truck I will be looking for her.
