Came to Red River after visiting Woody Ford, where after 15 minutes, we still weren't even acknowledged. Before we could even get out of the car, we were pleasantly greeted and not in a pushy way. Not only one person, but 3 came out and spoke. Customer service was top not and was definitely appreciated!

I've been a customer of Red River Ford for several years, their staff Sales, Service, Parts Department are knowledgeable, always courteous and friendly. I go to them for oil changes and service because I know they will do a quality, use Ford Parts and have me back on the road as soon as they can.nWhen buying a vehicle I think of them first, Ronnie shows me just what I want to see, no pressure or rush and I go away feeling like I've been treated more like a friend or family than just another customer.

Called ahead about getting a key replaced for my Lincoln. The service WAS awful and obviously uneducated about what was possible. They were not only rude but completely unhelpful. Ended up getting my car towed to bob utter Ford and it was well worth the expense of extra towing and time spent.
