We stayed here for an extended period of time after our house sold and our new one was not ready... the manager worked overtime to be helpful and understanding of our situation. We had a great experience staying here... Due to Covid 19 restrictions they were not allowed to serve breakfast or have the pool open...Great interactions with all the staff and housekeeping ... would really recommend staying here!
I'm extremely disappointed and upset with my stay. We came in at midnight needing a room, online said $83. The lady charged me $99 plus taxes. Whatever, I needed a room so it was fine. Until we saw the blood drops/drips and smeared make up on the bathroom wall. The old bra behind the side dresser and the really old burger king food bag behind the big dresser/tv. I wouldn't usually worry too much about this stuff but I just paid $115 for a 10 hour stay and I felt gross in my room.
Very clean and well priced management and both desk attendants were awesome... wonderful service and rooms
Housekeeping does not clean.there were dirty towels left in the room from previous visitors!!! No Covid protocols.. run down. Maintenance doesn't seem to work. Property unkept.. Staff at front fesk is very friendly and tries to be accommodating so they get the brunt of all complaints that's really not their fault. I believe if management got a little tougher on staff behind the scenes things could improve...
This is one of the most better motel that I stay in here at this motel they treat you like you are family here they welcome you with open arms and the staff here go out of their way and make sure you are very happy everytime you stay with them.like I said before you are family here and always be part of their family
