Walmart in Durant is very unfrendly they usum everyone is asupext
Nice and clean. Decent prices and have just about everything.
Over the past few weeks I have ordered a set of photos and have been thrown from person to person with different excuses as to why they are not available. I got an email and text saying they’re ready, go into town and wait in line for 20 minutes to be told they aren’t ready. They’ve been out of paper. Their ink section is always empty. They haven’t had the ink I need for weeks! One guy told me to go to Walgreens. I ended up leaving a complaint on their website and got a call the next day from a manager on duty and all she seemed to care about was who told me to go somewhere else, not to fix the problem or make me feel any better about how inconvenient it is that I’ve been told from multiple sources that the photos were ready and I had to drive into town to wait around forever and told no. Today, 10+ days from my original ordered date, I called to talk to someone in the photo center. I was transferred 6 times in one call, on hold for 6 minutes before being transferred again. I was hung up on, and the call ended so many times today. Christmas has passed so I know it was hectic but it’s still incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. It’s just plain rude to be transferred so many times and the lady kept getting annoyed with me when I asked for help.
Great place nice people cheep price.
Typical Walmart prices.mostly friendly staff...but I am so over having to be my own cashier
