I make over 7k/month, have no debt, and a 777 credit score and they wouldn't even loan me $12k on a $21K RV because my address has changed in the last 2 years... True story.

I went to the Calera branch when the Covid19 had just started. Sign on door said to call and make an.appointment... . I had a line of credit transaction and a few other items to take care of.. I called For an appointment and was told to go through the drive thru. The drive thru could not handle the last two transactions I wanted with the line of credit.. I told the man that the last 2 times I tried to deal with the line of credit in the drive thru it was a problem and I was told to go inside... Still i was told to go to the drive thru.. I did and it was a disaster, they could not handle the trsnsaction and I had to leave without the transaction being made.. I was called later and the transaction was finished over the phone.. Today, 05/14, I had another line of credit transaction and a check to deposit. The branch president put a 7 day hold on a Banc of America check from one of the largest brokerage firms in America.. A 7 day hold in 2020...?.. In the past 12 months I have made other deposits the same size with no holds. I have been with FUB since 2011 when I moved to OK.. I have made hundreds of deposits, some way larger with no holds at the branch in Seminole and Calera. Very random customer service.

Love this bank, I have banked here for 10 years and they have always been there. I have had several loans and never a problem. Great people that treat you like family. I do miss Darrell (that retired)and ashley (that pursued other avenues, hope she comes back)
