Warning everyone I've been a customer here for 2 years. I had my loan paid off once. They sent me a note saying they would give me more this time. I took the bait. Was a couple days late on payment in August due to family tragities. I got a call from a new reseptionest who was screaming and threateningnme. Only a few days late. She had me so upset I got out of bed and went and paid her. She said she was sorry for screaming at me like she did but was trained to tell and scream at all customers like that. She to call her in a few days to pay the $26 dollar late fee. I didn't have it I get paid once a month. So the next day the manager calls me up and screams at me so loud I got an anxiety attack. She screamed and harrased menso bad. I had to call the corporate office for help. I was told I called them a dirty name and I'm just not a hateful person. I know that's bad business. And I'm not sending my friends there. I didn't deserve that. A nice lady from the corporate office called me and I explained. She looking into this further. Asked me what was the reason for being behind I told her my son my son beat me up 2 times and lost my grandbaby and was put on meds for being suicidal.nShe said I could start paying every other month. How sweet.
