Ive called this place about a dozen times for my W2 that should have been mailed out in JANUARY! I still havent recieved it. They told me they mailed it to me 3 times. I gave them my address 2 of those times. Now they say they will email it but ive been waiting for those 6 emails since Feb 11. Ive called the irs so maybe that will light the fire under their a$$es. Im a single mom. I worked hard for that money and yall are taking away from my kids and me. Wish people would just do their jobs. Super unprofessional to lie to people every time I call you. I would give 0 stars if I could.
