I personally feel that living in Goldsboro just gives you low quality options when it comes to many areas of services, including retaining a decent lawyer. Nina charges high prices for low quality service. Currently charging $220+ dollars for PHONE CALLS that last less than 30 minutes just for Nina to make statements that are inaccurate to current child custody laws. Nina specializes in DIVORCES and I would not recommend consulting with her about child custody or child support solely, especially existing cases. After speaking with Ms. Nina I decided to consult with a lawyer (located outside of Goldsboro district as most lawyers in Goldsboro are no good) for second opinions on what I was told by Nina and it was confirmed she just seems uninterested in taking cases or even listening to what she is being told about current case violations. My review is to remind others to truly look at different options and talk to others in the community before spending so much money (in a pandemic especially) on a low grade phone call.

Was expecting to retain her on for a lawyer and she took my money only to refer me to another lawyer and to tell me her caseload was full.

One of my favorite people in the world is Nina Jackson! Not because she helped me win custody of my three boys, but because she really went after it. I mean let us be honest, who really wants to get a lawyer. Unfortunately, certain times call for one and you want someone that is upfront with you. However, you need to take it serious, because Nina takes her job very serious. Over the 12 months working with Nina I learned a lot and consider her as family. My last few recommendations is to not depend solely on Nina, due your diligence and gather information. Lastly, be patient, it’s never easy, never fast, but it’s worth it.
